• Entry only for reservation from 15th Feb and for the first 80 buyers only
• The property will be new and chosen by Thomas Overseas from their portfolio of available properties abroad
• The value of the prize will be not less than 35,000 euros
• The winner will receive only the property and no other costs relating to property purchase, Solicitor or travel costs
• The draw will take place once all 80 purchasers have exchanged contracts on their property purchase with Thomas Overseas
• Thomas Overseas are not liable for any issues (if any occur) with the prize property in the future
